Promote Travel & Study Abroad
Become a Study Abroad Coordinator or Partner Organization
Extensive research on cultural immersion education has pointed to benefits such as academic achievement, language and literacy development, and enhanced cognitive skills. It also contributes to positive attitudes towards different cultures and lifestyles and enhanced collaboration skills. By helping us to promote study abroad programs, you enable us to bring this unique opportunity to students in your community.
It’s our goal to make study abroad programs accessible to as many students as possible. For that reason, we’re looking to team up with individuals and organizations to help recruit American students interested in participating in our Travel & Study Abroad program.
How Do I Promote ISE Study Abroad?
Recruit Participants
Introduce American teenagers to the Travel & Study Abroad program and help them choose the right program and complete their application. You’ll earn a bonus for each program you arrange. You can also earn a referral fee by simply referring a participant to us.
Recruit Organizations
Expand ISE’s reach by introducing us to clubs, schools, and other organizations that want to promote the Travel & Study Abroad program. You’ll earn a one-time bonus when your referred organization sends its first participant along with referral fees for each subsequent participant.
Recruit Coordinators
Recruit other Local Coordinators interested in bringing the Travel & Study Abroad program to their network. You’ll earn a one-time bonus when they assist or refer their first student, along with a referral fee for each of their subsequent participants.
Frequently Asked Questions
ISE Local Coordinators/Partner Organizations serve as the face of ISE when presenting the Travel & Study Abroad program to participants. They are experts on the study abroad program who are well-versed on the available countries, program options, discounts, and application guidelines. They are also available to offer guidance and support throughout the application process.
First, you must share your basic contact information, such as name, address, email, phone, etc. Local Coordinators must undergo a criminal background check, therefore we require a SSN as well. SSN is also needed to issue payments and W-9 forms. For partner organizations, we require the IRS EIN Number to issue payments. Once we have this information, we will send you an agreement for you to sign and return to us.
We try to make the process as simple and transparent as possible. Coordinators and/or Organizations are encouraged to learn the available programs, dates, and rates listed on the website in order to help students choose the right program. As soon as the student is ready to submit their application, ISE will require a non-refundable $200 application fee (applied towards the program price). After their acceptance to the program, the participant must put a deposit in the amount of 50% of the program cost, up to $1500. Should a cancelation occur, deposits might be non-refundable or only partially refundable.
The full program payment is required at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
Yes. The ISE website is the go-to resource for the latest program details, dates, and costs. ISE also has professionally printed materials and/or digital copies that are available to coordinators and organizations that actively promote our programs. Last but not least, the ISE Web Store located on our website features promotional, event, and apparel items at affordable prices.
We certainly believe so. We invite you to visit our competitors’ websites and see for yourself. If you come across a better price than ISE’s, please let us know and we will do our best to find a way to adjust it.
